► Balinese Smoked Duck: I learned this authentic recipe many years ago first hand, while staying at a "home stay" in Ubud, Bali. Traditional Balinese spices and oils are massaged into the duck, then marinated for 24 hours before slow smoking. When you taste this ducky, it's like an entire gamelan orchestra of flavors is playing in your mouth. Add $7.00/person.
